Transportation
- Our volunteers drive clients to and from appointments such as doctor and dentist appointments, hair appointments, etc.
Grocery Shopping
– Although most clients prefer to go with the volunteer to shop, others prefer to have it done for them.
Yard Work
– This service can be performed on a regular or intermittent basis. In addition, volunteers assist clients during our one-day Spring and Fall Clean-ups. This may include mowing, trimming and/or raking.
Simple Home Maintenance and Handyman Tasks
- Our volunteers
provide very minor maintenance for clients including things like changing light bulbs, furnace filters, etc. Requests for more advanced repairs depend upon the request and our ability to fulfill it.
Companionship
– Volunteers visit with clients in their home or elsewhere. We don't often receive requests for this service, however, we offer it for those who may want or need it.
Snow Removal
– Volunteers clear snow from sidewalks, steps and driveways.
